As someone with extensive experience in operations management, my expertise lies in effectively managing teams of varying sizes and developing operational strategies that drive business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to work closely with department heads to identify and execute on key operational initiatives that help the company succeed.

As someone with extensive experience in operations management, my expertise lies in effectively managing teams of varying sizes and developing operational strategies that drive business outcomes. Throughout my career, I have honed my ability to work closely with department heads to identify and execute on key operational initiatives that help the company succeed.
In my current role, I oversee the company’s day-to-day operations in several key areas. First and foremost is client success, where I work closely with account management teams to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest level of service possible. This includes identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to better meet our clients’ needs. In line with this, I ensure that our operations managers are delivering exceptional support to their assigned team members.
I am also responsible for people and culture management. This involves working with Recruitment and HR leaders to create a positive and productive work environment for our team. I focus on strategies to promote staff engagement, retention, and development.
Finally, as someone who advocates data analytics, we help provide clients with visibility into their team’s work that helps them understand how their team is performing and where they can improve. By analyzing data related to our clients’ operations, we are able to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement that can help them streamline their processes and reduce costs.

Borgie started as HOPLA’s resident lead generation ninja with CSI-level research skills turned into our Business Development Team Leader. Has been in the industry for well-over 6 years primarily focused on sales. Whilst Borgie is an instrument to finding homes for professionals through his role in HOPLA, his personal life is not at all different as this guy also is serious about providing homes to stray pets that come his way.Meet Ella
A well-rounded marketing expert with a true eye for design and passion for continuous education. Ella’s masterful storytelling skills allow HOPLA to share our story to the world allowing us to create more impactful connections with business & remote professionals alike.
